Cacheman 10.50 released with full Windows April 2018 Update (v1803 Build 17134+) support

Cacheman 10.50 is available for Download. In addition to compatibility with Windows 10 April 2018 Update (v1803 Build 17134+), which includes the new Ultimate performance energy profile option, Cacheman 10.50 adds official support for Intel Coffee Lake and the second generation of AMD Ryzen processors.
