Linkman video contest
The Linkman introduction video is more than four years old. Linkman has changed quite a lot in the last years. The old video shows Linkman 7.60, and Linkman 8.80 has been just released.
We are diligently working on Linkman 9, and due to time constraints we came up with the idea to let our Linkman users create and submit Linkman videos.
Requirements
Make a short (5-20 minutes) Linkman 8.80 video that introduces new users to Linkman, or shows Linkman usage in a creative way.
Prizes
1st place
$400 cash
10 Linkman lifetime licenses ($375 value)
= $775 total value
2nd place
$200 cash
5 Linkman lifetime licenses ($187 value)
= $387 total value
3rd place
$150 cash
4 Linkman lifetime licenses ($150 value)
= $300 total value
4-7th place
$70 cash each
4 Linkman lifetime licenses each ($150 value)
= $230 total value
8-10th place
3 Linkman lifetime licenses each ($112 value)
every submission not placed in top 10:
2 Linkman lifetime licenses each ($75 value)
total prizes:
$1030 in cash
$1650 in licenses
--
$2680 total prize value
Note: Each prize will be awarded to a distinct individual (or team) regardless of how many videos are submitted by an individual (or team). This means in theory you can submit three videos and win first, second, and third place.
Video ideas
a. Make a similar (not the same) video to the old introduction video, but with Linkman 8.80 and the latest browsers.
b. Make a video about how you use Linkman on your daily basis.
c. Make a video that shows Linkman's usage in a creative way, for example as a personal data management assistant, instead of a bookmark manager.
Or make any Linkman related video you like.
